We love the small jobs and punch lists so if you have those don't be shy. We do a couple of these around here. Freddy has done several projects in my house. Recently he repaired and restained my deck. This required tearing down and removing rotten wood from the floor, the steps and the railing, rebuilding everything and later restaining it. Freddy was extremely easy to work with. The communicated with me regularly so he made sure that I understood what to expect during the entire process. I was particularly impressed with how he kept a clean and neat work site during the entire project. Freddy has done other projects for me as well including pressure washing, gutter cleaning and replacing rotten wood steps on my front porch and then restaining them too. I would recommend Freddy without any reservations. He is an honest handyman and meticulous about the work that he does. I could see that it wasn't a just a job, but is something that he truly enjoys doing and is highly satisfying.
