PRICE LIST

As a general rule, we charge a minimum fee of $125 per job which includes travel, set-up and the first hour of service. After the first hour the rate is $65/hour. This is relevant for odd jobs.

Most items that we get called for are charged a known flat rate per service. Give us three items or more and this "punch list" will be awarded a discount. Service Call Requests examples below:

TV Wall Mount Installation: $125  (no wire conceal - 60"TV+ is different install price - conceal wires add $50)

 

Furniture Assembly (IKEA etc.) $75 small piece $125 large piece

Drywall repair $100 (6 inch holes or smaller only) painting not included 

​

Trim / Molding Repair $6 per linear foot on average

​

Door repair / adjustment $80 (strike plates and sagging doors)

​

Appliance swap $125 - $250 (dishwasher and over the range microwaves)

 

Weather proofing windows / doors $80 per unit (includes weather stripping, door sweeps, silicone sealing)

 

Roof fixture replacement $125 ea (non structural, shingles, vent pipe boots, turbines)

 

Light/Fan Installation (standard height): $125

Bathroom Faucet replacement: $125 (add $75 for drain lines replacement)

Install Bathroom Vanity: $225 ( non floating vanities is extra)

Install Kitchen Faucet: $175 ( add $100 for drain lines replacement)

Install Garbage Disposal: $200

Mailbox Replacement: $250+ (modern custom built mailbox $200 dollars more)

Replace Toilet: $225 (removal, install, sealing - new wax ring or hose is extra and taking the old toilet to the nearby dump)
