PRICE LIST

As a general rule, I charge a minimum fee of $125 per job which includes travel, set-up and the first hour of service. After the first hour the rate is $65/hour. This is relevant for odd jobs. 

Most items that we get called for are charged a known flat fee per service. Examples below:

Light/Fan Installation (standard height): $125

TV Wall Mount Installation: $125 - 175 (depending on the size of the TV) 

 + Cable Concealment: $75 + up

Install Bathroom Faucet: $125

Install Bathroom Vanity: $225 + up

Install Kitchen Faucet: $175

Install Garbage Disposal: $175 - 225

Drywall Repair: $125 + up

Mailbox Replacement: $250+

Replace Toilet Wax Ring: $175

Install Toilet: $200 - 225
